(More customer reviews)This picture is NOT 16x12....if you cut out the beautiful matting and the picture itself remains, it's 16x12.....the product description does not state that. I bought this for our baby's room...and bought a beautiful frame for it. I had to cut with scissors all of the beautiful white matte away. What a shame.
