Good points:
Nice heavy paper, laser or wax transfer printed (Phaser solid ink maybe?) Color range as good as can be expected, as the basic image really doesn't have that wide of a color range in it.
Bad points:
The source image was fairly low resolution. At a guess, it's a section cropped from one of the many higher-resolution public domain images of the entire panel from which it's take - perhaps 1024x700, scaled to fit the 11x17 paper. JPEG artifacting is visible, and the over-all low resolution of the source image is apparent. Admitted, I couldn't find a higher resolution source image of this section of the overall image, but my search for similar images is usually limited to Google Images, Wikimedia Commons, and ArtRenewal.org
