(More customer reviews)Waited two weeks, then contacted seller after not receiving product. Seller emailed me back within 24 hours, stated that they would re-ship with tracking info., and apologized for the situation. Within 2-3 days, I got a shipping notification, and 2-3 days later, I received the product (I actually received 2 copies on the same day - I guess they wanted to make sure I got it). All in all, a good experience, with some minor hiccups at the beginning that were very well handled by the seller. Thanks again for the poster!
