(More customer reviews)I ordered a poster and when it arrived the mailing tube had been severely damaged by the post office (it was not a very sturdy mailer). I contacted the seller via the phone number provided but was unable to actually speak to a human being. I ended up having to use the email option to contact the seller. I received a response the next day and they sent a replacement poster via UPS in a much sturdier tube. This time the poster arrived in very good condition. While I appreciate the resolution and would recommend this seller, I am giving them 4 stars because I believe a company should provide human contact for it's customers and not impersonal email that necessitates waiting for a resolution to the problem or answer to a question.
