(More customer reviews)I previously reviewed this product and stated I was not completely satisfied with it because the poster was a lot smaller than advertised. Customer service called me immediately and offered to provide me with a free poster of my choice or a refund of my money and for me to keep the poster. I informed them it was not necessary but requested that they change their advertisement to mention the exact measurements on the poster so as not to confuse future buyers. Although, I'm not sure if this was already done, I appreciate the efforts made by the seller to make sure that some sort of satisfaction on my end was achieved. I am thankful for this and because of this extra effort in customer care, I would definitely make another purchase from them in the future.
