(More customer reviews)My son actually prefers Interaction Eve to Interaction Wall-E. Like Interaction Wall-E, Eve works best when you buy BOTH toys and she and Wall-E can talk to each other. Both cost me about $29 each.
However, Eve is fun on her own. When you raise her "arm", she makes shooting noises...what kid DOESN'T like that?? When you pick her up and hold her horizontal, she makes a flying noise. My son actually prefers playing with the Interaction Eve more than the Interaction Wall-E. The Wall-E version is a bit difficult to push and does not have motorized treads.
Eve shows basic emotions via her eyes which take on different shapes as she says and does different things. Eve is sturdy and fun for the kids. Highly Recommended!
Update May 2009: Toy is still going strong> My son does not play with it as often as he did at first, but he is still using it and enjoying it. Price has gone up considerably since the holidays on Amazon.

Wall-E Cube and Stack WALL-E Review

(More customer reviews)I agree with the other reviewers - head pops off constantly but she probably has a valid point, at least you can pop it back in and its not broken. The best part of this is being able to stuff playdough in it! We spend nearly an hour the first day making little play dough pieces of trash and then my 4 year old would mash it up and stuff it into Wall-E and make a cube. We made our version of a wall of cubes. It didn't even bother him that the head wasn't on most of the time. All in all - a big hit. Much better than the transforming Wall-E which I plan to take back to the store this week.

Wall-E Search and Protect Eve Review

(More customer reviews)Couldn't wait to get Eve and Wall-E toys after seeing the movie - boy, are we disappointed! This toy features 6 different eye expressions that change when her head is pressed. We got through one round of eye changes when it stopped working. Now she's stuck on the same expression no matter how much we press her head (and we were not rough at all!). Also, Eve comes with a little stand - a plastic arm is supposed to pop into a hole in the back of Eve. It simply doesn't work, no matter how we try to get her to fasten in.
A different reviewer mentions that the door to her compartment didn't work for him. It did work for us. Still, it seems like there are a lot of different features, any of which may or may not work. If I could go back in time, I'd buy a simpler (and cheaper) Eve, with fewer cracked bells and broken whistles.
