(More customer reviews)I really like this poster. The picture is surreal and has a pleasant affect on me. Aside from some subjective elements I'll comment on briefly, this is a poster and there shouldn't be much that you wouldn't expect with any poster.
What I do like:
- The content. I like the picture, the colors are nice, the printing is done well. You should be able to tell from the picture, not much different in real person.
What I don't like:
- The white border. I wish the border was either black or not there at all, this is just my preference. Unfortunately I wasn't able to tell when I ordered it that it has a white border 3/4" - 1" wide.
- The width. This poster is wide and if you're not using a frame, it has a tendency to sag. It is difficult to find a non-custom frame for this unique shape. Expect to spend at least $50 for a frame. I made the poster a little more rigid with paper board and tape on the back.
Bottom line, this is a really nice poster at a great price. I'm a single guy and I don't mind having a few unframed posters hanging on my walls. If you have more interior-design sense than me, you'll probably want this in a frame. I would recommend either choosing the frame or plaque options, or at least searching for a frame before you buy.
Also bear in mind that the dimensions given are for the entire poster. If I decide to purchase a custom frame, I want to cut out the borders which will require trimming off about an inch from each side. The dimensions of the actual picture is closer to 10" X 34".
