I ordered a vampire diaries bananaroad poster, and when it got here, I opened it and it had horrible scratches pretty much all over it. It easily was scratched away to remove material underneath, so you could tell it was cheap to begin with. I tried to come on here to return it, and amazon said that they don't have their refund policy on here. You have to specifically contact the company to get it. Now, it was the holidays, so I didn't feel like wasting anymore time and money to send it back. I am extremely agitated though because I was looking forward to getting it, when it ended up being mutilated beyond belief, still in careful packaging. The entire process was very shady to begin with. Don't buy from BananaRoad posters. Trust me.
