It was far superior to the image posted on AMAZON - there is no horizontal line in the actual poster. I fell in love with Jane back in 1980 when the EAST OF EDEN ad ran in BLACK & WHITE in TV Guide and I was a kid in high school.
Took me 30 years to find a quality print of this superb image, but it was well worth the wait. I've got a room full of posters, and now count this one amongst my very favorites. The seller, MOVIEGOODS, had an unfortunate large mishap with USPS and some of their shipments which unfortunately left their feedback rating highly tarnished. I too was very mad at them because i had to wait almost 6 weeks after ordering, but they made good on the problem and definitely provided stellar customer service in a timely fashion. So if you are hesitating - TRUST ME - BUY THIS POSTER! I may just buy another because I love it so much....
