(More customer reviews)We're threatened with losing "Westward the Women" if we can't watch it in Region 1 DVDs. Let's buy multiple copies of this poster and hang them in our offices and living rooms, give them away to friends. This particular poster, which looks to be a copy of an original from the 1950s, contains scenes that tell the whole story of the movie--the strong, resilient women who in the 1850s defied the desert sand and wind and thunder storms and rattle snakes and stubborn mules pulling their covered wagons for months across the country to their new lives. The movie is a good story with an excellent cast, should be seen by everyone who's ever seen a John Wayne movie (isn't this everyone) because it's just as good if not better. The poster just fits in a convenient space beside a book shelf or over a desk. Wouldn't trade it for hardtack.
